Beware this shop/site may be closed.

What do you want from a model railway shop?

There's one in London as well, which I believe is also closing. There used to be one in Manchester but that closed a few years ago.

Yes there are more shops in the West Mids (if including Worcestershire in that area (Footplate is in Kiddy, Worcs, not WM!)). Tennents Trains in Halesowen, Hobbyrail in Sutton Coldfield, DCC Suplies in Holt Heath near Worcester. For electrical bits 12 Volts DC are moving to Baz's Model Rail in 199 Church Rd, Yardley according to a leaflet I picked up recently. There are probably more, they are the ones I use.

There's one on one of the Coventry estates, but then that's no recommendation to go looking for it, and one out by the canal on the way to Rugby which might be a nice site but I would say doesn't count as WM.

Is that one just round the corner from Leamington Spa station still there?

Just happened to Google Trackshack in IoM, that closed indefinitely in August.

This is what i get if I www Track Shack.... Absolutely Nothing! A totally blank page. Therefore I don't understand any problem?
Any domain name will still be live until such time as its due for its renewal and then a while past that date normally too.

The shop closed suddenly earlier this year due to the death of the owner`s wife and illness I believe.

One that changed ownership and now appears to have a much more competitive outlook is Tennants Trains on the Halesowen by-pass. Used them recently, because they had what I wanted and were able to tell me they had. I was impressed as the previous regime seemed to be a bit take it or leave it.
