Book Law are selling paperbacks of their "Ironstone Quarries of the Midlands" for £5. 9 volumes in total, all £5 each. Amazon was £15 plus. Lots of interesting photos (and not just of the geology.)

Some more positive news.
Rails and Accurascale have taken on the Hattons Originals.
Rails has picked up the coaches while Accurascale have taken on the Barclays, P's and warwells and are also hinting about other ex Hatton products to come

Heard the news by email just now. Gutted. Their trunk service was brilliant. I was looking forward to the next run of barclay tanks. Prices for new were usually good and their pre-owned section took more of my money than any other retailer.

From lurking on RMWeb, I see you have queries regarding the yard points. If you search flickr for the user "Llangollen_signalman" he has photographs of Inverkeilor including one of the signal box diagram which might help.

"C" denotes a composite coach.
Standard coaches had 2+1 seating.
Tourist coaches had 2+2 seating.
