5th September 1993.

One of my side hobbies is running the BR Open Days website - which I'm aiming to compile a list of Open Days and stock seen at each event.

Re: Class 37 Liveries

Civil engineering is referred to as 'Dutch' livery due to its similarity to the Dutch State Railways (Nederlandse Spoorwegen) livery of grey and yellow.
Civil engineering obviously related to civil engineering projects: weekend engineering work, etc

Either i'm being ignored or you don't read your own threads. You have some interesting photos but please can you just post one link to your newest collections on both this forum and UKTS instead of a link to EVERY single picture. I was afraid it would be with the expense static grass applicator! I shall investigate the static grass option for my sidings as I need to add change of texture.
(Mind you there are plenty of site that show you how to make a cheap applicator!)

Re: Cramdin Yard

Long time since I checked the site and the layout has really blossomed, it looks fantastic Dave, well done. If only I knew about Basingstoke I would have popped along for a gander in real life!
One thing, what did you use for the weeds in the overgrown sidings please?
