Tony's Trains Of Rugby (formerly Barby Model Rail)
Tony's Trains Of Rugby (formerly Barby Model Rail)
My daughter will be visiting me in March. In anticipation she has been shopping for me. She made a personal visit to Tony's Trains where she purchased a new loco, (OO Bachmann 2-4-2 Tank Engine). She said it was a marvelous shop, full of all sorts of stock. The owner was extremely helpful & accommodating, demonstrating the loco running. She's highly recommends the shop and will be returning there this week to see what else she can bring to the Philippines for me!

Hi Kebang; this would be https://tonystrains.com/ is that correct?kebang wrote:... She made a personal visit to Tony's Trains ...
Of more benefit: How did your daughter learn about Tony's Trains? Happened to be walking down the High Street? Told by a friend? read a Railway Modeller in the hairdressers etc?
At a higher level than "finding a good store" is "Finding out how one finds a good store".
Thanks, Chris

I visited the website and saw the loco priced at 85 quid (RRP 145 quid). So I called my daughter and asked her to visit. She was very impressed, her exact words were that if I could visit I would think I was in Heaven!
