Things happen, and everyone from the office has to come out and look at it. Yes the were probably the ones who would have to decide on a repair but they should have been well away from the structure until the last set of wheels were back on solid track.

They did seem to be taking a few risks when assessing the area. I would certainly not have gone underneath that section of bridge or been close when they moved it, especially as if it did start to topple one could not make a run for it whilst waist deep in water!
