4MM SCALE BULLIED 4DD EMU

hI.
I have been wanting to build the bullied 4dd emu,but have tried to look for drawings in 4mm scale.
Someone told me,that a set of drawings were in a model railway magazine,so i have tried googling them,to no joy.
Does anyone have any idea if this is true or not,and if so,what magazine and issue are there.
