Hi
I was wondering if any one can help me on the network rail hst what it is i need to know where i can buy/make one. its got to be dc can some one share some light on this please

I would have a look at ebay. I know that a few years ago there were a few hst sets in Network Rail yellow. Usually people modify the coaches and sell them as a lot and then the locos are a separate lot.

hi i have had a look there none only 2 locos body shells and a hst pack 1 loco and 1 dummy

What you could do is buy a cheap HST and coaches
There are vinyls available to complete an entire HST, in either N or OO gauge

I believe Amsies does a set for about £25
This will take time and patience

Alternatively you could request just the coach vinyls and repaint the locos, slightly more expensive but the finish will be better
If the locos are already available in that livery, then all you would need are the coach vinyls

One final note is the roof modifications on the coaches
This isn't such an issue in N gauge, not many people would notice the difference
However in OO gauge the roof modifications will be almost essential
This is quite an easy process, but the roof once completed will require repaitning
Furthermore in order to blend, all will probably need to be done so that they are all the same colour

hi thanks for the responce what roof modifications on the coaches would i need to do as i am a newby to the model
