a test train (prince) managed every piece of track, as for the tender, speed limit isnt a issue cuz i move them so slow they almost dont! hes a great runner. im really not sure, im going to have a closer look later as he gets over fine forward but not backwards. probably just something bent in its way. i ran him without a train behind and it still happens. im just working on the office at the moment and when dad gets home were finishing off the motors so ill update you all later on

Re: an exhibition layout by blaqkaudio009
well its been a while i dare say since my last update. but we found the camera lead this morning so i took some photos.
a shot of a tipper left in front of the abandoned adit.
Alf entering the mines with the art transporter.
a tipical small train which will be running on the layout.
Alf waiting for a couple of slate wagons to be filled, not a worker in site though!
another shot of the same view
the slate on the hillside is real, which has been sived for the finer bits.

Love it! Tickled especially by the Art Transporter shot with the famous paintings in-transit lol! ...but also excellent scenic work as ever mate, especially the tippler truck at the quarry head, excellent and very atmospheric. It will make a great and interesting exhibition piece.
