It never ceases to amaze at the skill of members of this forum. :o
From twiddly-fiddly gauge to "give us a hand moving this lads" gauge. :lol: That's a BIG leap. :shock:
When primed it looked like a cad model from manufacturers that take AGES to bring an announced product to market.
Still waiting on those Par twin pack loco's Rapido ! :?

Looking forward to see more of this amazing build.

Really is quite a build. A lovely long term project. The wagon chassis also looks good. Should last years!

Went against my instincts as I spray cars occasionally at work and just brush painted the chassis. I kind of wanted the chassis to look older.
3 coats of hammerite to stop it rusting.
Fitted front and rear wheels. Motors and rear coupling.
Just ordered some chain tensioners.

I’ve now painted the bearing housings black.
Middle wheels not fitted yet as I’ve got 1 more flange to grind away.
