I'm considering buying a Sonic Models S4101-08A Robinson A5 with sound fitted decoder etc. Approx £275. Does anyone have any locos from Sonic? If so, how do these locos perform etc?

My example has been a pleasure from Day 1; did I need more than one, (it was a rarity in the KX area, only one appeared during BR(ER) operation) another would be purchased without hesitation. (No idea about the DCC sound effects.)

And Sonic's most recent announcement, the D34, is so attractive as a subject that even though one never got to KX I will purchase; significantly influenced by how good the A5 proved to be; and with the hope his range might expand to GNR and NER subjects in time.
