Warley's getting closer.

Post by RailwayRobbo »

Just under a fortnight to the return of the Warley show.
Got both my ticket and train ticket for Sunday. Next day they announced a new rail strike on the Saturday which could effect services on Sunday.
So it looks like turn up at Northampton station and get on the first train to Birmingham International that's running.
I've got a couple of locos to bring home from TMC that I gave them to weather at Milton Keynes a few weeks ago.

Good luck with the travel. (It's getting back home reliably on time that would concern me more!) Do tell if there is anything exciting exhibited.

Missing my most local big show, the CMRA event in January (formerly in St Albans, more recently in St Evenage) of which there is no notice in 2023...

I just hope not too many opt to wait until Sunday, we usually go that day to escape the mad rush. I'll charge up the Smart, it gets some great parking spots as the marshals have usually got a convenient corner that's too small for anyone else!
