I recently purchased something online from Jackson's Models & Railways. When it arrived they had sent me the N gauge rather than OO in error.
I e-mailed them, they replied within 15 minutes apologising and saying they would send the correct item and include a return postage label for the incorrect one.
Given that it wasn't a cheap item (£45) I found it refreshing to receive such excellent service in these days of 'the customer is always wrong'.
