What scale do I need to print at for N gauge please ?

The barrels shown are OO/HO so they will be OO/HO.

You can still download them for N, open the pdf, do a screen print. open with your image resize app and then resize it. That is unless you have an app that will open pdf as an image, you can then just resize it.

Would be worth setting your printer to print at 50% & seeing if that looks right, before trying anything else.
