N and OO9: grassed track.

For those looking at really rural N and especially OO9 railways,
I've just stumbled across pre-grassed track in 9mm,

Could easily be dirtied a bit and made less "urban tramway", but for the price could save a lot of time and effort towards producing a "beside the road" or "down the lane section."

It is a nice feature, though I'd rather grass my own track then buy it ready made, but that's my preference. I'm sure this track will find many happy modelletrs using it.
