Lets stay with:

A renumber or vehicle altered in any way. A unique wagon load. Whatever you wish so long as the finished model cannot be bought 'off the shelf'.

There must be plenty on contenders out there.

I have quite a few, but have recently backed them up on a discs and deleted them off my PC, but this one remains.
