Here is a photo I took in India in 1988 - in the days when plenty of normal services were still pulled by steam. Sorry for the quality - its a digital photo (taken just now) of a print from a slideParkeNd wrote:Next up - how about a loco with loads and loads of steam - perhaps on a wet day. Tiny puffs of steam should not apply.

Next up - how about a steam train on a tall viaduct? (My favourite type of picture)

But I'm sure there are more photos of steam trains on viaducts out there . . . ?

Anyone got a photograph of a electric loco (or EMU) emerging from a tunnel? If not a WILDCARD beckons.

Where are those Heritage Railway photos? A photo of a platform weighing machine or chocolate machine required. Otherwise a WILDCARD.

This is more a photograph of a signal box or I was trying to take a picture of the house behind and the box got in the way.
Continuing the theme, if this photo is allowed, some signals in the photograph.

Just about.
Let's go to the extreme, any long train.
