What is this engine?

Help required.

I have built this loco up from a kit of whitemetal parts, which were found in a none descript plastic bag with no instructions. I have built it up and it runs on a minitrix dock tank chassis.

So, does anyone know what its a model of? or who made it? or how old it is?

size-wise, its about as big as a GVT Beyer Peacock.

Thanks, I registered yesterday and i have posted the question today. Already one user suggests it looks like a small production run kit for an area group of the 009 society for one of their layouts. Its sounds interesting and I'm looking forward to finding out more about it.

For anyone thats bothered, I found out from users on NGRM onlinen that the loco is a freelance Hunslet, from a small batch of kits comissioned by the Wimborne Railway Society for their Tarrant Valley layout. This is one that has escaped, and it apparently quite a rarity.

I have built the kit up properly, and it now looks like this:
