Simple Glazing
#1 One of my pet hates when it comes to models of any kind are unglazed windows. We are lucky, in that the majority of new products have their windows glazed nowadays, however there are still plenty of things around that do not, including some makes of buildings that I use for Wargaming! A very simp...

Bachmann Branch Line Shunters Wagon.
My layout is going to be mostly about goods wagons and shunting with just a few passenger trains, a small Pannier tank and two coaches will depart the station then after that it will be served by a railcar and an Auto Trailer/coach. I spotted a lovely model of a shunters wagon on the internet, well ...

I may have a touch of OCD
I have been working on some seating for my small platform, they are the Metcalfe GWR Benches (PO501). They look very nice when made up straight from the box however I decided to paint mine a GWR chocolate brown colour as this appears to be the most common colour (from looking on the internet). I hav...

Hornby Railways Skaledale Junction Signal Box.
I have spent the best part of this weekend working on a signal box for my layout. I found a Hornby signal box in my local railway model shop and set about getting her to look more in keeping with what I need. I added an interior with point/signal levers etc, figures, a cat, fire buckets, repainted a...
