Hornby
HEA Hopper Weathered Review
HEA
Hopper weathered (R6152B)
Rating 5/10

This is a very average model. It has standard coupling, un-sprung buffers,
is very light, and has average detailing. Its track handling is poor, as it
cant go through standard Hornby points without derailing. It does seem to go
through PECO standard points without a problem, which is yet another example
why you should use PECO points instead of Hornby ones. If like me you have a
lot of Hornby points I would not recommend this model unless you are willing
to adjust the width of the wheels. I also found that I needed to adjust the
height of the coupling before I could even do a track test because it was
too high. On the plus side it is weathered and has rusted looking wheels and
overall look quite good.
