Welcome Tony, no apologies required for running your layout the way you like it. It's known as "Rule One Applies - It's my railway and It runs the way I like it." There's only one real reason to build a model railway, you enjoy doing it.

Hi and welcome.

Surprizingly, there are only a few differences in the design of a layout and its scenery to transform a trainset into a model railway, which involves decieving the eyes into thinking it looks real, but at the end of the day it is all about enjoying ones trains... :D

Welcome to New Railway Modellers. :)
