Re: Harburn OO
In the video you use some superglue and spray it with something after.
What is the spray and what does it do please James?
The tape on the cutting mat for the glue is also another great idea.
The time I spend scraping superglue off things!
As is the glue for filler.
Thanks

Re: Harburn OO
Thx End2End the glue spray is what is known as kicker it sets the super glue instantly, another thing I use for glue is a small sheet of glas which is easy to clean.

Re: Harburn OO
Ahh, a kicker!
Can't say I've heard of that before but I can see it's potential.
Clever idea with the kiln dried sand and the grout for the road bed.
Again, another new idea to me.
I think your idea of a street light would just give it that final extra detail to what is a complicated sited bridge.
It's all been a bit above my station but I've enjoyed watching the progress.
Thanks for sharing your build James.

Re: Harburn OO
Thanks for that video, James109.
Looks great as a road surface, but now I'm imagining where I can use that method to give a nice realistic base for railway yards, etc.
