My young son built the frame, and he does a good job. Made to last for ever.....

Looks good! A nice strong bit of carpentry there.

One thing I'm not so keen on is the 230v sockets on the underside of the board. Mains voltage should really be kept well away from the board, with only the low-voltage supplies going up to that level. I'd move the power supplies and mount them to the leg structure.

I know what you mean, and that is now a possibility.
Some time ago, I was going to put all the sockets and PSU in a box, and connect via a multi-way cable to the baseboard. I shall put that on the endless list of things to do!

Hi Pete12345.
You will be pleased to know, all mains sockets and PSU's are now on the base, at the back. Cables run through conduit, and only the power switch is on the baseboard front.
I had to get to the baseboard underside where the sockets were, so it became a priority.
