Not if you swap wires as it goes round the oval. :?
Some of your wire colours need swapping to the other track. The right most point and the upper top left point need swapping as they are not the same as the rest. This will cause a short circuit.
You might find it easier to run a DCC "ring main" of the 2 coloured wires around under the track and just use dropper wires to attach to the DCC "ring main" rather than one main connection to the track. (At the bottom as you have drawn it).

The track not matching up on the right hand side should easily be cured with flexitrack.

I'll also mention that curved sidings might be a pain for uncoupling as the rolling stock is not straight. Can someone else confirm this?

your other plan is better but still has crossovers. Keep the blue colour on the inner rail and the purple on the outer.
Kato #4 points can be set so that the diverging track is always live. Are you using #4s?
