Found this link on "the other place", seems to be a vast resource for micro layout design. As there seems to be an appetite for this type of layout just now I hope you find the link useful.

It's a well known site, you'll never go long without someone referring to it. Carl was a great loss to the online community, but fortunately others have taken on his site and kept it going.
