AMSERARALLLLEARALL SCENERY AND LAYOUT
Due to an error on my part my main thread regarding my layout under construction, I called it "MY NEW LAYOUT ARDUINO CONTROLLED"
I have probably put people off by the title so I have now broken it up into 2 separate threads on for scenery and this one for the electronics.
The mixed up thread is viewtopic.php?f=22&t=50895
and the ELECTRONICS thread is now located at viewtopic.php?f=7&t=53021&p=651349#p651349
So hopefully I shall sort my mess out.

Hi, you''ve posted the wrong bit of the link for the Electronics section. It should look similar to the one just above it, or simply navigate to the topic highlight the entire URL line and copy and paste it into your post. What you've posted looks like the URL of the editor.

I'll give you a hint it's Welsh and it is 4 words with the spaces removed. So I'll let you think about that for awhileTimberSurf wrote:OK Timbologist, first out of the box, what the ???? is the name? Is that ozzy? How do you get four L's, never ever seen that before!

Re: AMSERARALLLLEARALL SCENERY AND LAYOUT
Hi all as Arnie would say I'm back.
Yes after a bit of a break from my model Railway, I have returned.
I have been indulged in one of my other hobbies that is flying RC planes and helicopters. Aero modelling was something I did before trains but had not touched for many years.
So at the moment I have 3 projects started, which I will get some picture to post.
The first is Steptoe and Son's junk yard and horse and wagon with a load.
Second is a Blacksmiths shop.
Third is a wagon builders shop.
At the moment currently designing and 3D printing parts for all 3 projects.
As far as running trains the track needs a very good clean, out with the track rubber and lots of elbow grease.
So stay tuned.

Here is a few photos of where the wagon with its load is at.
Just printing Harold and the old man at the moment.
The couch, toilet and the wash basin are whitemetal and are part of the old Linka miniatures range.
The iron is the foil stuff you buy.
the rest of the items are 3D printed, either Resin or FDM
The rest of it is 3D printed.
Still got more items to print and paint as part of the load, then of course the yard.

Steptoe’s yard, I like the sound of that. The wagon is a great start.
Once upon a time I built a model railway in the loft. Now I dabble on much smaller baseboards.

Aah! Other times indeed.
Brings back memories of the rag and bone man's shout as his woebegone horse ambled along. His lazy pronunciation of 'rags, bones' always sounded like 'Raaahbooow!'.

Re: AMSERARALLLLEARALL SCENERY AND LAYOUT
Well a few hard days on the modelling bench and the Steptoe and Sons wagon is finished, ( for the moment )
May find a few more things to add, and I think the old mans kerchief needs another coat of paint.
the thing on the seat between them is a gargoyle.
I just found a broken chimney pot to add to the load.( I made it broken )
Have a few pieces made for the blacksmiths shop, with the barrel on the load, made me think of making a cooperage to be different.

Just one more touch to add, a nosebag hanging under the back, ready to keep the horse occupied while they nip in the pub.
