I've Forgotten Who Made My Loco.

Someone did find out for me. I have not found info myself though I've looked and looked. Can't remember who found it out and what site I was on... Was looking to see if I could find the post which went back a year or three or four ago....
It is in 00/H0 gauge and has a tinplate chassis with four large flange wheels.it has a plastic body. Used to have two pantographs, made from tin.
It says it is made in West Germany.

Anyone remember the make? Was there a trainset with it from the manufacturer?
