railwayjim has given me an idea, my website Guide pages have 500,700 & 800 categories unused as yet, I will allocate one to scratch building tips!
Tip 701 will be how to make drain pipe brackets and joiners!
If anyone has any insights as to how to do scratch building, please share them with me on here and I will collate them and add them to the guide

Just had a look in on the 'Lumsdonia' website TimberSurf, I see section 700+ is now live.

Brilliant addition, in fact, the live link in 705 will keep me busy for the rest of today and more.

A great source of info, all in one place ..... perfect!

I was so pleased with my attempt at Arduino programming that I thought I would share the functionality as a video in the form of a simulator on my PC.

Your enjoying that site of yours. I've never made a site. Must take weeks of programming. I wasn't that good at binary or hex, though I got on well in basic. Not sure about modern things. I'd be out of my depth!

Mountain, no HTML writing involved, I use a webpage WYSIWYG, Serif Webplus, its really simple, just drag n drop and type the text, the free one supports only 5 pages, so I bought the pro version.

I have to blame railwayjim entirely for both for stimulating the generation of the idea and all the work it's taken to come to fruition on my website

I have revised the tea chest pdf's for better definition of the metal edges, improved colour (well I think so) and added more per sheet. There is also a Special with some colour bands I have seen in my research.

It might not be known but I have posted a few "how to" threads on the forum, having to refer others elsewhere to NRM, I realised that all that work could reach a wider audience if it were on my website and a little more in control of any further developments, so I will start transferring the info to new web pages on my site.

Just been mapping out a new navigation tree and list of new 'How to' pages I already have info to be able to write. When I catch up with all of them, the site will have 43 pages! (currently 32). Is that big? I could end up running out of server space and have to start paying soon!
Also thinking of getting Lumsdonia as a domain!
