My entry didn't manage to get finished, had some outside issues, coupled with the connection issues between my phone and pc I just decided to focus on making pancakes for my daughter. I'm not happy with the colour now it's dried either, so I shall finish the coach, but I may take one or 2 steps backwards before going forwards once more

cant go wrong with pancakes

having IBS i am currently gluten and dairy free for a new diet, you cant imagine how pleased i was to find a 'free from' pancake recipe that worked! i say worked, they are edible but look very bland but still close enough i could enjoy them instead of just making the Mrs hers!

I have a few Limas sitting around, I never felt the pancake motors were as bad as some people made out. Then again, they didn't even remotely compare to US locos of the time.
