My you are a sucker for punishment Alex !!!
Yet another, are we going to see some tiring of the concentrated efforts ? I hope not !!

So this time I will be throwing something in. I shall simply be
making a Dapol Kit, which one ? I don't know yet. It'll probably
be between a BR brake van (I never have enough brake vans)
and an Interfrigo Van, being a longer wagon & a type not seen
on many railway layouts.

3 weeks to go, one thing I won't do is start early.

No idea what i am going to enter this time around, i have a few projects on the go now so depending on their progress i might sit this one out but hope to get the decks cleared in time.

Hi Alex, count me in, I'll provisionally say it's a tram diorama. More to follow once I get the bit's together.
Cheers

I'm in as usual Alex. I'm also undecided on my entry but it will probably be another building for the backscene. Alternatively, I may have a rummage through my box of goodies that arrived the other week and try one of those kits.

Alex, I will wait until you are ready to give your 2BIL a go and I'll run mine alongside you.

I am in York at the moment so am hoping for inspiration from some of the stunning buildings in the city. Walkabout begins tomorrow. :D

Sadly my model fund is empty for the August and this month after June sadly so probably won't have anything for the foreseeable Ideas are there but no cash, so I'm out.

I'm in, will be working one or 2 of the kits I received, surprisingly this is my first attempt since the obligatory plastic airplanes/cars over 20 years ago

I cant i have given it to my dad, knowing he would do it justice. I didn't want to risk screwing it up, normally i wouldn't have minded giving it a go but I just felt it needed a more guaranteed outcome due to the source plus was nice to 'share the wealth' and all of that :D

If i can hold off on my replica sign project (still gathering materials) i might try that - would be something different anyway.

Keep signing up i will collate a list closer to the start date :)

I hope to be able to do an entry for this one. I'm undecided as to what it will be though.

I'd like to find something to do for next month. I really enjoyed working to a eight day deadline last month and third place was a nice bonus! :D

I've got some ideas, I just need to try and figure out which one is most likely to be finished within the one month timescale!

Alex

I am afraid Trouve is still in 'Brigadoon' mode (under the back bedroom bed). I have a new project in mind, but can't do a thing at the moment.

I am building a replacement to the 3D print Autorail I dropped last month, when I had nearly finished it, but I don't think that can really count, as it is a second build...

I will be watching though - and voting.

Best of luck everyone

I was going to create a thread for my August competition entry but I can't seem to find a 'New Topic' option in the Competition thread. Is there a reason for this that I missed or am I being stoopid?
