Sorry I've not been commenting much, but some good projects.
I've been trying to get on with other old outstanding stuff.
I will vote though ........ I'll have to go through all the builds from
the beginning !!

Right the final entries are in - some really impressive stuff so well done to everyone who has taken part!

if you have still not 'sent in' your finished entry please let me know and i will add you to the list but as its now the 1st its time to get voting, please review the entries and give me a list of your top 3 in order. Please PM me the list with the selected usernames only with your first choice at the top of the list.

Please also remember that voting is open to everyone on the forum and not just those who have taken part so if you can please do take the time to view the threads and vote :)

Voting will close at the end of the day Saturday with the results published sometime on Sunday (depending on when i get up  )

right off you go

Now that I've entered would it be considered cheating/unfair if I were to update my further progress on the project on my workbench thread or should I wait until voting is over?

The hole point of the competition was to encourage people to post more about their modelling so i certainly dont want to put you off

How about you keep posting in the thread (was following with interest anyway!) but people vote on how it stands as of the 30/6 ? to keep things fair and level

Thanks Alex. I will make it clear that people should based their decision on my progress before today.

Here's my vote for the top three in order.
1 mattmay05 -Metropolitan E-Class,
2 Carnehan -The Hornby Victorian Shops kit
3 Skyblue - pair of GWR Clerestory Coaches
Not easy to choose, it would be even harder if you asked for the order of the rest. Roll on August!

Many thanks to Alex for once again organising the competition. Reading every competitors build has been a pleasure. I am sure others have taken the plunge (myself included) to do some modelling.

Thanks Alex. Look forward to the next competition :D

Congratulations Mattmay05 on your worthy win. The E-Class loco was a first rate build and looks absolutely stunning.

Thank you, everyone, for my votes and giving me second place. Well chuffed. :D
