Anybody been having problems contacting MG Sharps of Sheffield.

You can't order anything because of a problem with their server, an email was returned as undeliverable, and I tried phoning just now and a message tells me they are unable to connect to this number.

We are still trading, but not looking to promote our business beyond Kadee couplers

However I get the impresion they're no longer trading, as none of the listed contact details work (as you've found out) and their website has not been updated for a couple of years (and also and points you to a 'new' non existant web site).
