The Train Shop, Morecambe
Can anyone tell me if this shop is still open? It's located at 23 Pedder Street, Morecambe, Lancashire. I'm in Morecambe for a work placement but it seems to be closed down. Which is a shame as I've read good things about it.

According to UK Modelshops web site he is now only open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, so you could easily get the impression he was shut down. I always used to get caught out by his regular bank holiday trick of taking off the Tuesday, plus not opening on a Wednesday. But he had a decent stock when you could get in there.

Well, I went along and it's a nice place. Not massive but everything's easy to see and there's a good range of stuff, both old and new. Spotted something in there I've been after for some time
The guy running it was chatty and friendly too.
