not so much a trashed but damaged transfers so used for weathering practice for rust textures missouri pacific sd40-2

hornby 0-4-0 has now been shortened down by filing the buffer beams to give better dimentions of the modelled prototype

the old hornby 47 now has dcc sound and lights and now awaiting new decals and finnishing weathering

athearn blue box SDP40 now in basic burlington northern livery awaiting decals , detailing and weathering .......motor mounts were replaced as old mounts had deteriated and crumbled to pieces with age

about at the halfway point with the SDP40 an unremoveable auto paint finnish means results are less than desired quality but hopefully with detailing it will pull round into a more presentable model

the UP SD40-2 is taking shape now awaiting front coupling , plow , hoses ,decals etc

Thats a really interesting thread, many thanks for taking the time to post them up, really like the GM's but loved the cl 31. Well done sir for putting life in the old girls.

Wow! Excellent work chaps. 8) I thought I was doing well by respraying and/or renumbering locos etc.

Love the idea of this thread but sadly can't see any of the photographs. Could be slow internet this side.

Could be, the domain starts "sphoto......", but behaving just the same as Photobucket was last night. Could be our end if the copying across to the updated system is in progress. If so it will be a temporary inconvenience until we switch over to the updated version.
