Firstly Thanks Rebecca,HarryR and shezza2 for you comments. Most appreciated!

We had the Pleasure of a visit from The Cathedrals Express to Stratford upon Avon The motive power was 'Lord Dowding' aka 'Braunton'
So I took the opportunity to take a few snaps in South Warks and just over the county border in Oxfordshire.

Firstly again Harry R . I thank you sir! You are not the first to have made that suggestion. I have considered publishing something a few times now but have never got round to doing it. Maybe I should get off my butt and do something.

I attended a photo charter at the Great Central Railway (NORTH) at Ruddington featuring EX Turkish Railways 8f No 8274 in LMS livery. The charter was organised by Martin creese of 30742 Charters. Its only my second charter at the railway and was hoping for a better than the last time which was a it of a bad experience! The result, I'm happy to say it was achieved as I came away with one or two images I am well pleased with.

Hi,
I attended a photo charter on the GWSR with GWR Collet 0-4-2T No1450 and autocoach Chaffinch. This type of service was a regular sight on the Cotswolds line in days gone by and was called 'The Coffee Pot' .

Thankyou Bufferstop and Flying Scotsman. Im glad you enjoyed the images. We were lucky that the clouds cleared as the the evening went on.. although they cleared a little bit to much for the final sunset shots!

Hi,
Its been a fair old few weeks since my last visit to the GCR and as Sir Lamiel's boiler ticket is due to expire this coming October I decided to go and get a few snaps. The 8f and class 33714 were also out and about on this occasion.....

Hi,
After a bit of a break from railway photography ( been doing some Macro work with insects) I decided I needed a steam fix so I ventured out to get some images of Union Of South Africa on the CHESHIREMAN tour Norwich to Chester and return.
I managed to dodge the heavy showers and snap it at Stoney Stanton in Leicestershire on the outward leg and while taking on Water at Atherstone station on the return.
