Excellent service from DCC Supplies

Yesterday morning I ordered some bits and bobs, mostly to do with soldering, from DCC Supplies. The delivery option I chose was ordinary 1st class post, and it said delivery would be in 2-3 working days. Fair enough, I thought.

Even the barrage of e-mails that descended upon me later the same day (welcome message, card receipt, order acknowledgement, order update) didn't prepare me for the surprise of receiving the parcel this morning, less than 24 hours after I'd placed the order. I am impressed.

ive ordered three decoders from them in the early hours of thursday morning (payday) and they have all three arrived on my doorstep friday morning well packaged,,,,,,,, and i shall be ordering more in the future from them,,,

yes, I concur, excellent service and I'll add my reasons for using them

1 website inventory is live... If it says its in stock it is
2 Staff who know what they are talking about very helpful when answering both the telephone and emails
3 Communications regarding orders are clear and unpdated at every stage of the process
4 Keen prices. You might find things cheaper elsewhere but never by much.
5 Postage prices. Always very reasonable, even when posting overseas.

Another example of excellent service here. I got an e-mail that the Lenz USB/LAN interface was in stock, 12 hours later my order was being delivered. Well done, DCC Supplies!

Ordered Sunday afternoon good despatched Monday, arrived here in Finland Thursday morning

Will be burned fingers at the weekend as I experiment with lighting
