Very neat. I could see some using that technique to cover a hole in the sky / wall etc. exit from the scenic layout ito a fiddle yard.

its amazing what those laser cutters can do

used to be a lot of very "flat" buildings that screamed "MDF laser cut!" but now a lot more being done with textures and overlays
