Weirdly, I've had Accurascale contact me about my preorder, inviting me to make an account with them and check my pre order is in my account section, that's all well and good, Hatton's said we'd have to do that within two weeks or something.
And yet, Rails, who I already have an account with haven't emailed me at all, and there is nothing on my account on their site, as I already have one, about my Hatton's Coaches pre order there, so I have filled out a contact form on their website asking for some clarity.
