anyone know how to put xtrkcad files in the forums

first turn the grid off (it looks awful)
go to File
Print to Bitmap
choose a scale of 8
save the bitmap file
open the bitmap (bmp) file in a graphic program and convert it to a jpeg
upload it to a server and display in forum as usual.
you can't post the xtp file itself unless you have an ftp server you can load it to

Basically you save the file to a location (for temp purposes I use my dektop) and you should then find your BMP file in that location.... yes?
At this point you need to downsize the file size... assuming you don't have photoshop you can use MS paint. Right click the BMP file and 'Open with...' Paint. Once in paint go 'File -> Save As' and in the 'Save as Type' box select JPEG and then save.
Some quality will be lost, but the file size greatly reduced. You then just need to upload the image... I assume you know how to do the rest?
