Excellent work, George. I like the bricked up window and its general design. Are your going to make a tunnel around where the track goes into the building so it looks like it goes inside?

Thanks :)

Yeah I'm going to add another wall in, then keep the chocolate biscuits behind it inside the building 8)

Cheers Neil :)

Been to the model shop and had a rummage in the back

I found an old Triang snowplough, with a wheel set missing, and got it for a quid 8) I'm going to repaint it and maybe put a motorblock under an turn it into a loco.

Looks great! Is it going to run as a snowplough? Can't wait to see what you do with it!

I might keep it as a snowplough, or if I put it on the post office layout, it could remove dust from the tracks

Thanks,

That's a great idea to motorise it George, i would never have thought of that myself.

Thanks Neil :)

I've got a Hornby Pug chassis, so I'll see if that fits - I don;t fancy spending a tenner on it as it's just a little gimmicky thing.

I'm just about to make some decals for the 'Medford Dust Clearer' :)

Hmmm, it appears the chassis doesn't fit inside :?

It also appeared with the base hacked away it can't be used as a wagon :(

The siding that's on there is for repairs anyway, so I weather it and make it look like it's being canibalised for spares... 8)

Good idea. :D I seem to remember they did that to one of the original Snowdon Mountain steam engines, Ladas, when it derailed at went down a cliff.

I've finished the Sorting House (just needs a roof), and now I'm weathering.

This shows what a bit of dry brushing and loads of talent can do  :
