Sorry I'm late with the info - my internet connection's been playing up.
By the looks of it, that loco is either a Minitrix 0-6-0 Dock loco, or an Arnold 0-6-0. Can be used in a variety of locos, just see my 009 Catalogue for specific information. (Gosh, I feel like an anorak!)
