Right... some much needed pics of my new stock (not really much REAL progress going on at the moment ) Also the huge boom in buying activity has come to an end, since im back in college and no longer making any money (whoops!)
However, pics of some new additions - namely my 225 set (for £18 i might add, including 91, DVT & 2 coaches albeit one was a bit run-down)
Stupidly ive only taken pictures of the driving car... blame my blatent arty-fartyness with the camera
Unfortunately the lack of buffers at the driving end detracts from the appearance, but that'll be sorted out soonish (any donors?)
Also, my growing TTA rake now numbers 8 wagons (with 3 Grey Shell tankers still somewhere in the post!)
Also, my first sub-sector HAA coal hopper has arrived, not all too photogenic on its own so not really worth a picture! (It can be seen in the video though )
In other news, wagon detailing & modification will begin on arrival of my waterslide transfer paper, which should come soon. Expect an accompanying article to serve as a step-by-step walkthrough.
Also, a lovely video for your perusal!
comments appreciated
cheers lads!

Re: Mikol's Layout 'Ashdale Valley'!!
Layout and all stock now for sale
PM me offers, they'll be hitting ebay soon
I'd prefer if someone would collect the layout itself, for obvious reasons
Willing to sell stock and layout seperately.
Cheers

Since I'm selling up i thought I'd give it a good clean, and take some fresh pictures for potential buyers to lust over!
So here we go, lust away!
Everything removable, after being treated to a much-needed bath
Layout mid-clean
Deserted
Moody
Station area, complete with a ludicrous amount of spare axles.
The valley area, the lighting really gives this one life. Stunning IMO
Looking down from the top
Girder bridge
Crossing area
Empty sidings
The crashed wagon scenario, showing it veering off course
Another angle, showing the debris
Station car park with custom-made platform access
Close-up of the tunnels and crossings
One of the hidden tunnels
Control for the two inner loops, the white diagram on each one shows which loop it controls. You can also see switched for the building lighting and the electronic track cleaners.
Control for the outer figure-8 loop
The inclined tunnel mouth on the far side
Class 31 pulls out with matching HAA's
The now full sidings, sporting several TTA's
More TTA's at the station. Another great shot.
Class 91 navigates the valley area
Class 31 over the crossings
And past the signal...
Intercity fast in pursuit
At the station
The main station area
And the 225 stationed, showing off the interior lighting
And finally a blurry over-view showing the overall layout as best i could (space permitting)
And finally finally a couple of videos for your perusal
Cheers
