My layout:http://www.newrailwaymodellers.co.uk/Fo ... ght=#19745
My layout is N gauge and is a work in progress. It's not based on any real location and I intend to run a variety of trains i.e. American, Japanese and British. It will be strictly for fun. It's my first attempt at a layout and progress is slow.

Hi Simon please could you delete the "Masters way Tmd" article and replace it with "Masters Way"

Masters Way-

1. British Rail

2.http://www.newrailwaymodellers.co.uk/Fo ... ile&u=3304

3.http://www.newrailwaymodellers.co.uk/Fo ... 01&start=0 , http://www.freewebs.com/masterswayservicingpoint/

4. Masters Way is a DCC operated small servicing point situated somewhere in Crewe. Masters Way consists of some servicing points , stabling points, wagon servicing points and a 2 road fueling point. The layout is modern image allowing all sorts of rolling stock to appear. Masters Way is home to lots of unique stock. The layout is currently under construction. A fiddle yard will be added soon.

Barchester is a totally freelance layout measuring some 24 feet by 2 feet 9 inches and is end to end. With it's own history and ongoing development it concentrates on simplicity of operation, faultless running and scratchbuilding.
Here are four pictures to give the general idea.

Cheers Matthew, it's been quite a while, a lot of modelling time under the bridge. Don't know how I missed this thread when it first started so I thought better late than never.

Popped over to your web site Shaun and I'm sorry you have problems. It's awful when things grind to a halt. I've had some of that.

Yup I know, but hopefully I'll be able to do a bigger layout in the future. I have the plans, just need the space and time!

I really enjoyed my time as an armchair modeller while I was waiting for the same things as you. It certainly saved me a lot of time and mistakes when the time came to get cracking.
Anyway, best of luck to you Shaun and I hope you don't have too long to wait.

Thanks Bob, I'm filling my time now with the real thing, models will always be there to fall back onto.

Best regards,

Shaun
