I ordered a couple of items from Bromsgrove Models yesterday morning, pressing the “Enter” key for the final time at 0656 .

At 0926 John sent me an Email telling me that my items are packed, being despatched, and that the postage price is 22 shillings less than planned!

22 shillings is one pound and ten pence, for the benefit of the “Yoof” amongst you.

Now, assuming that John opens the shop at 9am.....

Let’s see, switch PC on, fill kettle and switch it on, roll fag [or not], feed office cat.

Read my order {“I wonder what this pillock wants now”] – make tea, blow on it, fall over cat.

Find stockroom, find shelf/bin, pick items – [mind you - I made it easy for him, by choosing two identical items] - pack ‘em and then write me an Email.

All in 26 minutes!

Oh yes! Package arrived this morning, thank you John & “Royal Mail”

Superb service !!

I believe that Bromsmods has a team of naked elves that work on the orders during the night.

Hello all,

Another thumbs up from me for Bromsgrove Models. Great communication, needed delivery on a particular day and as promised it was there on time.

Had a minor issue due to my over-excitement about getting the new DCC system all set up and mis-reading something in the manual, but in a matter of ten minutes and a couple of emails from john it was all sorted!! Can't get better customer service than that!!

Cheers,

Jimmy

Another very satisfied customer here.

Ordered very late one night, received confirmation of the order early next morning and order received (well at Sorting Office as no-one in to receive it) the next day.

Impressive service in the week before Christmas! Will use again all being well.

Used the live chat to confirm a few things, instant response, placed my order for the NCE Powercab, instant conformation. Powercab in hand the very next day.

Fantastic service.
