AFAIK the Beatties were never painted in SR Green. Your best bet would be to either to re-paint one, or wait for the Adams O2.

Just seen this Beattie Well sell on ebay and was in LSWR livery.

Very charming model. Surprise, surprise it sold for less than the Kernow edition.

I can understand why to be honest. All that loose wiring underneath could cause havoc with a layouts electrics.

To add as well Splop, once a RTR version comes out, kit built versions usually drop in price as well.

It might be LSWR livery that i was thinking of, what was the NRM 30587 in when on display at Buckfastliegh? That was green wasnt it?

My mistake - Just found out they they were indeed in LSWR Green until 1921, at which point they were re-painted Southern black.

I tested my Beattie last night and on littlenobby's layout today. She was perfect :D However I have just noticed that one of the tiny hooks on the coal bunker has broken off :( Any ideas on how I can rectify this?

Just received an email
Confirming that my Beattie Well Tank has been dispatched

I ordered
10012302 K2051 Dapol 2-4-0WT Beattie Well Tank Steam Locomotive 30587
And I hope it will be worth it even if it is the last variation to be dispatched.
Does anyone know how long it will take to arrive once dispatched?
