Ah yes, the Dresdens. Marvellous pieces of rolling stock. The Mark II incorporated the Muller overriders of course.

Hi

I've been out of circulation for a few weeks for various reasons, sorry not to reply to some of the questions above (Ben:- I'm not exactly sure as to the idea behind these wagons, I guess it was to allow some sorting en-route and coach stock was in short supply so probably a lot cheaper to convert a couple of long wheelbase box wagons. The parcel service was run in an effort to compete with road transport (as I understand it)).

I've posted some updates to my other projects:

Holstenwall

Hi

If anyone is interested I'm in the process of revamping my web pages. My N-gauge 1930s German layout has been condensed into a small gallery of picture, just to give a flavour.

here's the link:

Holstenberg Endbahnhof

(Some of the old pages are still about, but no index page is provided.)

Your website is looking good pet and as is your layout. One of the finest "Personal Layouts" I've ever seen.

Thanks Mart, much appreciated.

I've done a similar Train to Holstenwall page:

PS that's problems with the web pages, I don't care about your other problems

Thank goodness - I can't take any more of this continental mumbo-jumbo. :P

Glad to hear your giving the site a redesign! Do you have any plans for a page for the basic url? (ie. http://www.petesproject.co.uk/?)
