Class 101

This has given me fresh impotus( spelling? ) to get on to Hornby & suggest they knock out another 101 3-car set in the refurbished white with blue stripe WYPTE livery.
Surely it wouldn't be too risky in terms of shifting units,bearing in mind they did a 110 in these colours in the 1980s & Bachmann did a 108 2-car set recently.
They've done 101s in every other form of livery to date,so why not in the white?

And they did not sell well at all

'Phipps' hasn't been active here nearly two years, but eventually got the wish near fulfilled by Bachmann's 101, still available in BR's white with blue stripe...

Maybe that's why they have not been active as they are happy running their new 101.
