DCC Concepts ESP

Has anyone bought the DCCC ESP Tx and Rx modules for their layout, if so, how you getting on with it?

Seems like a good idea although maybe a little pricey. Only having 3 outputs per transmitter for such a big board is also a little questionable. If you have 12 point motors, that's 3 Tx's you need in your mimic panel box. If you want LED feedback, you need an ESP receiver in there as well plus another one of their boards, Alpha Switch or AEU? You also need an ESP receiver on the track layout although you only need the one.

I like the idea but one thing that does irk me about DCC Concepts literature is, it describes the relevant item but not always detail what other products in their range are required and how they interact. For example, I was considering using Analogue IP's with Alpha Switch. However, they say Alpha Switch 'D' will only work with IP Digital not Analogue. Alpha Switch 'A' seems to have been dropped.
