I used it on the day it went live to obtain a new motor for my Tornado which I've had since 2012. Unfortunately a glitch meant I ended up having to ring them anyway. I would hope the glitch has been sorted now though. I've always found the service dept at Bachmann very friendly.
If you can't see the bright side of life, polish the dull side!
