DCC trains

Hi I am looking for a new loco and I have been looking at the Class 66/0 66100 'Armistice 100 1918-2018' DB Cargo but I cant find out it has cab lights is seems to have every thing else?

Is there any were you can download the service sheets for these train as I am visually Impaired (registered Blind) and it is a lot easer if I can get a digital copy of the things so I can enlarge them to the max

According to Rails of Sheffield it has both directional and interior lighting.

If its any help, my Bachmann class 66 has working front and rear light plus cab lights.
Therefore I can see no reason why all other Bachmann 66 locos recently produced wouldn't/shouldn't be the same?
