Wood Kits

Post by Rich123 »

I have built several kits by In The Greenwood and I now wish to paint them. I have many tinlets of acrylic and enamel paint but don't know which to use. I could try some paint on a part of the model which will not show but does anyone have any comments/experiences that can help me decide which to choose?

With wood I'd want to prime it with something first, then you can use whichever paint you fancy.

Completely agree. I use cheap poundland grey car primer on all wood, plaster and plastic kits.
Thanks
